All Sales Are Final. No Cash or Credit Card Refunds.
At Lala Land, we curate exclusive, highly limited drops. Because our pieces are offered in limited quantities, we do not issue monetary refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.
We want you to love your pieces, so we are happy to offer Store Credit for eligible returns, subject to the strict guidelines below.
1. Return Shipping & Eligibility

Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Lala Land does not provide pre-paid return labels.

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within [Insert number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving your delivery.
2. Quality Inspection & Owner’s Discretion
Every single returned item undergoes a thorough manual inspection upon arrival. To be eligible for store credit, items must be in absolute pristine condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Free of any scents, perfumes, makeup, deodorant stains, or pet hair.

Dispatched in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please Note: Approval of store credit is strictly at the owner’s sole discretion. If an item fails inspection or does not meet our high-quality standards, the return will be rejected, no store credit will be issued, and the item can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
3. Store Credit Issuance

Once your return passes inspection, you will receive a digital Lala Land gift card/store credit code via email.

Store credit will be issued for up to the total purchase price of the original item (excluding any original shipping fees or taxes paid).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, please email us at Buildingthebostwicks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship items back without prior email authorization.
