SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND PROCESSING EXPECTATIONS

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our standard Shipping Policy. While items are carried on hand, you agree to allow a baseline processing window of 2 to 4 business days for inspection and packaging prior to carrier shipment. This window accommodates small-business safety cushions including holidays, weekends, or brief emergency facility closures. Lala Land is not legally liable for postal carrier transit delays once the package has legally departed our facility.

SECTION 9 - STRICT RETURN, REFUND, AND INSPECTION POLICY

By purchasing from our store, you explicitly agree to the following terms regarding returns:

  • All sales are final. No monetary cash or credit card refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Eligible returns will be compensated strictly via Store Credit up to the original purchase price of the item (excluding taxes and shipping).

  • Customers bear 100% responsibility for return shipping costs.

  • All returns are subject to a manual quality inspection upon receipt. Approval of store credit is up to the owner's sole discernment and discretion regarding the return quality of the item. Items that are worn, washed, stained, or missing original tags will be flatly rejected.

SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (YOUR WORST-CASE SHIELD)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lala Land, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our services or any products procured using the service.

In no case shall the total corporate liability of Lala Land to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the exact dollar amount paid by you to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
