Thank you for stepping into Lala Land! We are dedicated to bringing intentional comfort to your doorstep as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping and processing guidelines below:

1. Processing Time & Your Safety Net

While we carry our limited-run drops directly on hand and aim to dispatch packages as quickly as possible, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and packaging before your order ships out.

This processing window acts as our small business safety net. It allows us to maintain the highest quality control and account for weekends, holidays, family sick days, or brief studio closures without delaying your expectations.

2. Shipping Schedule

• Business Days Only: We process and ship packages Monday through Friday.

• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays, or during major national holidays will begin processing on the following regular business day.

3. Tracking Your Sanctuary

The moment your lounge pieces are packaged and handed over to the postal carrier, a shipping confirmation email will automatically fly to your inbox. This email will include your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey straight to your door.

4. Order Address Checks

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lala Land is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses or for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.
